Coastline Construction was established in 2015 and works in the Whangarei and Bream Bay area in Northland, New Zealand.
Coastline Construction is a member of New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB) and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).

Phillip overseas all aspects of the construction projects, including quality control, meeting deadlines, and communicating with contractors.
Phillip’s construction career began in 2000 with a building apprenticeship in Kerikeri, focusing on residential buildings. He gained his National Certificate in Carpentry NZCEA in 2004.
In his career to date, Phillip has built homes in Waikato, Auckland, and Whangarei. In 2014, he became a labour-only contractor. Since then, he’s been building an average of around 25 houses per year, from laying the foundations to the final client handover.
Phillip’s favourite part of his job is starting a new project and then witnessing its fruition. He thrives on tasks that require close detail, and he’s adept at problem solving and coming up with different solutions.
When he’s not working, Phillip enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

We recently had our two-storey home built in Mangawhai Heads by Phillip Williams from Coastline Construction Northland, who also project-managed the entire build, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The home features high-end Metalcraft cladding, thermally modified timber, and weatherboards – and the level of finish across every detail is absolutely impeccable.
From the very start, Phillip was incredibly positive, organised, and thorough with planning and scheduling. He kept everything running smoothly between trades, always communicating clearly and staying on top of timelines. The project came in on budget and even earlier than expected, which is a testament to his professionalism and attention to detail.
Every trade he managed delivered top-quality workmanship, and it really shows in the final result. We couldn’t recommend Phillip Williams highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuine builder in the area
